minimal time to maximize movement
A lot of "typical" stretching is not helpful.
What would happen if you spent five minutes a day for the next seven days performing dynamic/athletic movement to gain mobility throughout your body?
I don't know either, but unless you try it (and actually do it) you're going to feel the same.
